Duel History is a non-traditional class that focuses on the origins and evolution of the Trading Card Game since its invention in 1996. Most of the classroom discussion will revolve around the timeline of events that influence the game today, as well as how breakthroughs in dueling theory influence the current (and prior) metagames.
This class will also delve in to the theories and mythological aspects behind several design influences as well as other backstory that is depicted by certain series of cards. An open mind will be very helpful, and attention to detail even more so.
Only students who have signed up for this class are allowed to attend!
