Of course he was pissed off, more than pissed actually. Three years, he spent three long years in the same dorm which happened to be the lowest of the low. It was his last year and he still made progress in advancing at all. Crossing his arms, Sho sighed heavily and kicked the broom that was in his way. Said broom fell into the near empty pool with a loud clutter.
That would be enough to upset anyone, but to top it all off he was graduating this year with practically zero friends. 'Tch what the hell is up with everyone here. I mean I serve these chumps food everyday and not one hint of grattitude. Some people are ungrateful like that.' he pondered to himself, not once considering that it was actually his own fault he had zero friends. Stretching outwards, Gin yawned loudly into his black tattooed covered hand. He had skipped all of his classes again, which would have been okay until he was caught.
As such he had a relatively simple punishment, cleaning the academy's pool. Although it sounded relatively simple it didn't help the fact that the pool was at least twice the half a size bigger as a regular Olympic pool. As such, he had to start early and finish quickly if he wanted to have any relaxation at all today. One again growling in annoyance, Sho took off his hat and through on the small pile of clothes he left in a messy pile at poolside, leaving him in baggy swimming trunks. grabbing the broom, he started scrubbing furiously in an attempt to finish as soon as possible.

"Tori! Asleep in class again?! I have no choice but to write you up. Whatever punishment they decide to give you will have to do. I don't have time for this."She didn't remember the teacher's name that had said that, but it had been for one of the minor classes--Tori didn't even know they HAD those here. She had reported to the office to be told that the pool needed cleaning for the warm season to be, so her duty would be to clean the pool over the course of the weekend. She had paled at the time, near tears until they told her more. Her parents wouldn't know and she'd have a pair of helping hands. Now she stood outside of the building in something other than her regular attire. Maybe the pool just needed to be skimmed out and had chlorine put in it or something? Surely not too much work. They just were students after all. With this thought in mind, she dressed for fun--not so much work. A lilac hoodie and some black capris covered her torso and legs while some lilac sneakers covered her feet (socks low cut to not be visible). Under those clothes, she had on her swim suit--black bikini--but she doubted she'd wear it. She had scares from the crash all those years ago and it was every awkward to... well, be seen with scars. More awkward to explain how they got there. She opened the door and started to the pool. When she saw the place, she felt her shoulders drop. This was NOT what she had imagined. She sighed and put her face in her hands. Well, at least she wasn't working alone. She looked up, not being able to see very well because of her eye sight. "Hello?"She called out.

Something about scrubbing a pool with only a couple of inches of water in it seemed to annoy Gin. It didn't help that the pool was pretty much dirty from the constant use. If he was being honest with himself, he'd rather spend a month at the Abandoned Dorm, at least then he wouldn't be bored out of his mind. Muttering a string of curses that no mother would be proud of, Gin contemplated just grabbing the broom and snapping it in half. Of course that would mean it'd be harder work for him, but it'd be showing those Academy staffers what's what right?
Posing the broom over his knee, he was prepared to snap the cleaning tool in two when he heard the sound of footstep. His ears twitched at the noise, as he slowly put his leg down and held the broom in his right hand. Raising an eyebrow to himself, Gin lifted himself out the pool and stared at the girl who said hello. Heading tilting to the side, Gin placed the broom over both shoulders as he casually looked over her. Was she here to help or supervise?
Sucking his teeth, Gin walked towards the smaller girl with an angry look on his face. "So chumpette did the man send you out here to keep a watch out for me?" he asked in a harsh tone of voice. It's not that Gin was angry with the newcomer per say, however it was that he was usually angry anyway.

EEP!Tori's face paled (even though she was already pretty pale) and she stared at him for a bit. He didn't seem very nice. She looked down at the cuffs of her jacket and picked at one sleeve. Watch out? What was he talking about? Was this the help she was told about?! She swallowed and offered a hand to him, forcing herself to be a little braver. "I'm Tori, I was sent here to clean because I was sleeping in class--again... Th-they said I'd have help cleaning..."If he was mad, did she want to shake his hand? She withdrew her hand just a bit at the thought. The broom would suggest he was here to clean too. She looked around, just in case someone else was there. She squinted her eyes to try to see better but didn't see anyone else there. She turned her red eyes back to him. Her short silver hair fell over her eyes, but didn't obscure them too much. She had her bandanna in her pocket to pull her hair back when she needed to, but didn't want to risk getting it dirty before hand. She was 5'5" when standing up right, right now, she was standing somewhat shyly, making her a tad shorter but not much.

What was with the minor stutter, did she have a speech impediment? hearing her explanation, Gin let off a soft chuckle though. It was good, that meant that he wasn't the only delinquent around these parts, although he wasn't sure if sleeping in class was exactly a bad thing. Everybody needed their eight hours right?
Turning his back on her, Gin began to effectively ignore the smaller girl. Walking towards the pool, Gin sighed loudly before hopping in. The charcoal haired boy ran a single hand through his hair, only somewhat grateful for the help he had received. Sure it meant a lesser workload for him, but that meant he'd have to interact with someone. Honestly, he wasn't looking forward to someone else judging him. Laying down in the near empty pool, Gin called out loudly to the girl.
"Listen..um Tori was it. The name's Gin and if you don't mind there should be a supply closet near the entrance. So can you hurry up and strip down so we can get this over with." he said in a gruff tone of voice, one again lacking any and all common sense.

Tori's cheeks went instantly red at the phrase 'strip down'. She turned to the supply closet and started as if on autopilot. She got to the supply closet and looked at everything. She took a deep breath. Obviously, this isn't going to be as easy as she thought it was. That's ok. She survived the first two years of high school without major problems. She could handle cleaning a pool. She took off her jacket, not caring about the scars now that the guy had showed himself to be a bit of a jerk. She hung up the jacket and took out the bandanna. She tied it securely over her hair to keep it out of her face. She couldn't stop the blush though on her face. She hadn't wore a swimsuit in forever... Not even around Orlando at the beach. She took off her shoes and stuffed her socks into them. She looked around the supply closet before grabbing a scrub broom and looking over the other supplies. She doesn't care about walking back and forth to get new supplies. She started to where that Gin boy had disappeared to ask where should she start. "Where should I start..."She blinked at him, taking in the scene of him laying there. Relaxing. "Are you... just going to lay there?"Two large scars on her right arm crossed each other and one large one on her left arm. There was one on her left side. The ones on her legs were covered with the capris. Small scars were scattered around her torso, neck and arms but nothing that could be seen from a far--well, unless you had AMAZING eye sight or the light hit them right.

He had to rationalize this, how to trick this girl into doing all the work while he got to lean back and relax. He didn't mind that the water was making his hair wet, or that it was somewhat uncomfortable lying in six inches of water while the rest of his body was completely dry. It was a pretty warm day and technically he had been working hard. Sure it was him only working hard for five minutes, still it had been a hard five minutes.
Whistling to himself, Gin placed both hands behind his head and closed his eyes. Right now would be the perfect time to get some shut eye, would being the key word in that theory. Hearing the question of the silver haired, red eyed girl, Gin rolled his eyes pointed randomly at any part of the pool. He didn't care what part got clean, hell he never even used the pool that much. Her next question did get Gin's attention however, mainly since he pretty much figured out she wouldn't like him just laying here.
Opening his eyes, Gin started to speak while catching a look at Tori. "Yes I am just going to lay...did you get into a fight with a cheese grater or something?" he asked abruptly, sitting up with a bored look on his face.

She had looked to where he was pointing when she heard his comment. An old anger suddenly bubbled up inside her and she turned to face him. All the shyness melted away and she clutched the scrub broom in her hand tight enough for her knuckles to get white. He sounded so... rude when he said it... or maybe it was his prior actions that gave her that impression. "If you HAVE to ask: no, I didn't get in a fight with a fucking cheese grater. I got them in an accident that kill my parents."She turned to drop into the pool to walk along the bottom to get to where she was going to start. She slipped a little on the landing, but used the broom to retain her balance. She stormed down the pool, not bothered if she splashed him with the pool water as she walked. She set to work. She gave it her best as she started to scrub the walls. She wanted to cry. Saying it out loud always made her want to cry. After so long, she missed them. She still felt cheated of her time with them. But she wouldn't cry. Not this time. Even if it meant angrily scrubbing for hours on end to keep from crying, she'd hold on to that anger.
