A newspaper beckons to you from the box in which the school newspaper is kept; one location in the Main Hall for the students, and a small stand in Domino City Square for the residents. You pick up the newspaper, and this is what you find.

Seto Kaiba, CEO of Kaiba Corp. was unavailable for comment, however the representative stated his disapproval yet acceptance of the decision. "Mr. Kaiba signed over the administration of the school to Mr. Villiers a few hours ago." He said. J. R. Villiers is the CEO of Vector Industries, a research facility for advanced technologies. Vector Industries specializes in holographics and weapons modifications. When asked about Villiers' reasoning for buying the school, he merely said this; "Nothing will be changing about the school in a negative way. Our plans for the future are to spruce up some of the less fine points of the school; in fact, our first project is to improve the Osiris' quality of living!", he laughs. "We have interest in the school due to its heavy useage of holographics and hope to find ways to better improve on these fundamentals to encourage dueling education, both in Japan and across the world."
